Client Portal:

Need money to grow your business?

Requesting a business loan without adequate preparation sends a clear message to the lender: High Risk! Therefore, it pays to be prepared and organized in your approach for financing.

Put your best foot forward by allowing us to help you prepare a winning loan proposal. We will assist you in compiling the information that the lender will require.  What financing is needed, how long it is needed, how the financing will benefit the borrower or the borrower's operations, security offered by the borrower, and how you intend to repay the debt.

A winning loan proposal should include the following...

  • Executive Summary: Where you concisely state the purpose of the loan, the exact amount of money required, an explanation of what the loan will be used for and why it's needed.  If you are borrowing for a business you should include a resume for each of the principals of the organization.  This is where you "sell" your proposal.

  • Pro-forma Cash Budgets and Financial Statements: Presentation of your data and assumptions to reflect the financial impact of the loan.  It should be presented in an easy to read and easy to understand format.

  • Owners Personal Financial Statements: Make copies of the last 3 years of personal tax returns (include business returns if the loan is a business loan) for the bank as well as identify the collateral being pledged as security for the loan. Some banks will require a current personal financial statement or businesss financial statements.  It is a good idea to present the most current information available.

  • Representation: We can help you to substantiate your financial needs/position to your banker.
